Our work is delivered by an expert design team dedicated to design-and-build coordination, led by Dr. Wong.
Dr. Wong's engineering experience spans over 40 years. He has been involved in all types of civil engineering works, such as expressways, basement construction, Mass Rapid Transit, slope stability, soil improvement works, foundation works with different types of piling systems, and oil platform foundation design.
He has carried out engineering work in different countries, including East and West Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam.
Dr. Wong joined Geotechnique and then Franki Piling from June 1978 to November 1981 as the Senior Geotechnical Engineer, in charge of soil investigation and soil improvement jobs all over Singapore, Brunei and Sarawak. Valuable experience was gained on soil improvement jobs through vertical drain installation works at the SIA Changi Airport Hangar, the Pan Island Expressway and Fairview Park.
In 2012, he served as part of the International Consultant Team for the Central Mekong Delta Connectivity Project, which aims to encourage the economic and social development of the Cuu Long Delta area.
